Changes to Adverse Possession Law. 
The existing law, by which you can't be evicted if you've been in 
continuous and genuine occupation of a definable piece of land for 
more than 12 years, and which allows you to register a possessory 
title to the land goes 'oot the wundie' on 13th Oct 2003, when the 
relevant bits of the Land Registration Act 2002 come into force.
