PPG7 consultation only a week left

There is only a week or so left for responses to PPG7 consultation 
paper, original (.doc or .pdf) downloadable from www. odpm.gsi.gov.uk  
to <pps7consultation at odpm.gsi.gov.uk>(Diggers 350 early November 
posting, sorry lost it)

This will no doubt be totally ignored, but for those still willing to 
knock their heads against the government brick wall, please find 
attached a .rtf copy of both the document and my own response, which 
please feel free to use parts of and/or cannibalise if you haven't time 
to start from scratch.
