The price of freedom

[Gerrard Winstanley]

Back at Andrew Bradstock's Diggers Conference in 1999 the 
representative from the Oxford University Press bemoaned the lack of 
availability of Winstanley's collected works. He said they'd be 
bringing Winstanley's selected writings out in paperback within the 
next year.
They haven't, OUP clearly lost interest in making money from printing 
books. Some publisher could make a fortune here. And make the world a 
better place by making old Gerrard available once more.
Detailed below is the cheapest copy I can find available - £60.00 for 
the second hand paperback. It contains eight of his best pamphlets as 
well as the (sometimes dubious) poetry.
