Land Trust Rules etc.

Hi all,

Whilst searching for the most appropriate legal model and doing a bit of
research for the Commons Creation project http://commonscreation.org I'm
collecting the rules a legal models of land trusts, community currencies and
other similar projects.

I'd be very grateful if anyone on these lists that is involved with a
Community Land Trust project or similar could please forward me a copy of
their rules so that I can compare and contrast them with the others rules
I've collected so far.
