Scything a Swathe

Alastair McIntosh of the campaign to liberate the Isle of Eigg, and  
author of "Soil and Soul" will be talking at the West Country Scythe  
Festival and S Somerset Green Fair, 17 June.  on the subject

"Scything through Swathes of Landed Power While Making French Country  
Bread".

Graham Harvey, agricultural story editor of the Archers , author of  
"The Forgiveness of Nature— The Story of Grass",  will be talking  
about:
  "Grass"

Kangaroo Moon will be playing.

The country's leading scythers will be competing.

All sorts of country folk will be there.

Thorney Lakes, near Muchelney, Langport Somerset, 17 June, 10 am till
