Sign our pledge and lobby Gordon Brown for new marine laws

Well hold on Peter, what  does the Marine legislation propose? You  
don't give much detail and neither do RSPB on the link you give . If  
it helps the UK back away from the  CFP and gives more control over  
UK waters to small scale local  fisheries operating under technical  
constraints then I'll sign. But if it results in more  small boats  
being forced out of the industry and remaining quotas  dished out to   
EU highliners then I'm not signing.
