Fed up with the lack of vision in modern politics? The bureacratic madness,
hyperregulation & having no real say in how your community - or the city &
country as a whole - is run?

Like to meet other people interested in community, good social relations,
democracy and a better future? If so, come join us for a our big democracy
picnic on Parliament Hill, on the anniversary of Indian Independence. Let's
look across London, share food, debate ideas, and ask the question: if he
were alive today, what would Gandhi do about democracy in London, the UK and
wider world. In the current political context?

Bring some nice food to share, ball games, kites, swimming gear and a great
attitude.. !

Big Democracy Picnic 12 Noon, this
Saturday 15th August, Parliament Hill, Hampstead Heath.
Nearest overland train: Hampstead Heath, or Gospel Oak station (10 mins
walk)
Tube: Hampstead Heath (25 min walk)
