I can't see that they could do this, it is just pre-election bluster.
It would mean abolishing enforcement appeals which would require a
wholesale revision of the T and C Planning Act. If there were no
opportunity anywhere in the system to apply for retrospective
planning permission, eviction would be in conflict with Article 8
(right to respect for a home) and Article 6.1(right to a hearing) of
the Human Rights Act.
Still a good reason for not voting Tpry though.
