Passing Clouds welcomes the forthcoming Himalaya 
Film and Cultural Festival London 2010, starting 
28th January, the latest outstanding cultural 
project brought to us by the Satsang Collective.

of HCVS (Hackney Community Voluntary Service) and 
BEMA (Blakc and Ethnic Minority Arts) along with

(hosted by Hackney Palestine Solidarity Campaign) 
screens TO SHOOT AN ELEPHANT (2009)  112 min.
