The Case for the Mortgagors - remedies for mortgage slaves

A three hour seminar by Michael of Bernicia, on the prospective 
grounds for bringing Representative Actions against every alleged 
lender in the business of selling mortgage products.

The subjects discussed will inlcude [without limitation]:

1. The Law of Mortgages, past and present.
2. Definitive case law.
3. Unfair terms in consumer contracts.
4. A clog in the equity.
5. Unenforceable legal charges.

The maverick researcher and creator of FreeThePlanet.net will 
present to those assembled a statutory framework for bringing civil 
claims against the mortgagees, as well as the relevant Civil 
Procedure Rules and Practice Directions and the history of 
Representative Actions.

Entry will be free of charge, with a suggested donation of £3 for 
the unwaged and £5 for those who can afford it. However, the 
copying and distribution of the material presented is strictly 
prohibited. All rights are therefore reserved.
 
When: Monday 18th April.
The venue is the Bentinck Hotel, Station Street, Nottingham.  Doors open at 7 for a 7.30 start (at the latest).
If you are able to come down for 6.45 to help set up that would be most appreciated.  We need help moving chairs, setting up the PA and projector and a volunteer to collect donations.
