Happy anniversary!

Congrats to British Sugar plc  on recovering from the £28million fine imposed 
by European Commission for price  fixing sugar on this day in 1998. 

Recovering is well chosen since they recovered the £28million from the 
British Taxpayer many times  over.
Once  in the higher prices shoppers paid for price fixed sugar for which shoppers have not yet been compensated.
and again in 2009 when UK taxpayers paid British Sugar plc £81.5 million  in 2009 as CAP payments.

How could I be so stupid Mr Celos that it has taken me fourteen years to find this out?
