Proposed web space looks interesting.  I think there is great potential 
using mapping tools - preferably tools where the data is open and is 
shared with other mapping tools.

n-1 is a non-commercial social networking network - part of
https://lorea.org/  Lorea now appear to have all their web presence on
n-1 although this was not always the case.  There are other similar social
networks (similar to n-1) under Lorea.  Lots of interesting groups are now
organising on n-1.
