C.A.P. - ‘Common’ agriculture on private land?

Once  they stole the
land, now they steal our taxes.

Then they had a name, ‘tithes’. Now ’CAP Payments’are
secret.. 

They  go on to steal
our language -

Privately owned, 
‘common’ land? 

The same border reivers 
lead the banditti 

A duke in Scot land , a monarch in Eng land.

Then the peasants revolted. 

What will people do when they learn?
