At present there is a flourishing market for Milk Quota- another £30million?  handout distributed
'free' by HMG, a landowners' benfit of which I was not aware.

A proposal in the draft tlio leaflet  . They sow not neither do they reap' would revert entitlements
to HM Treasury (for resale? )  when farmers give them up.  Incidentally this is one more  example of non Treasury, non Bank of England
sources creating new money which causes inflation by devaluing the pound in your pocket.
