Opportunities to quickly move to the land

I am a director of the Ecological Land Co-operative (ELC - http://ecologicalland.coop/), which this April won planning permission to build low-impact residences on our 22 acre site.  We are now seeking applications (by July 7th) from prospective smallholders who share our political aims:

I am also in the unique position of being both a director of the ELC and a proposed resident.
