The National CLT Conference is back by popular 
demand and what better time to have it: The CLT 
movement is expanding rapidly, with over 175 CLTs 
busy building homes that are genuinely 
affordable. But we are now entering into a very 
different housing landscape, with the Right to 
Buy, Starter Homes and 1% rent cuts. What does 
this mean for CLTs and the wider community-led 
housing movement and how are we going to respond?
