Climate and Nature Private Members' Bill - 2nd 
reading Jan 2025- Lobby your MPs.

This legislation could empower & introduce 
draconian 'Net Zero' measures & other 
restrictions to land use, ownership & access.

Can we all lobby/brief our MPs etc that Man Made 
influence on our climate is a two sided unsettled 
debate - NOT scientific consensus - ie NOT a 
basis for legislation. (see eg:

Long title of the Bill:

"A Bill to require the United Kingdom to achieve 
climate and nature targets; to give the Secretary 
of State a duty to implement a strategy to 
achieve those targets; to establish a Climate and 
Nature Assembly to advise the Secretary of State 
in creating that strategy; to give duties to the 
Committee on Climate Change and the Joint Nature 
Conservation Committee regarding the strategy and 
targets; and for connected

Over 50,000 people, 1,500 organisations, 
politicians, and scientists from all parts of the 
UK are backing the Climate and Nature Bill, which 
is a private member’s bill to help tackle the Climate and Nature Emergency.

The aim of the bill is to require the Secretary 
of State to achieve climate and nature targets 
for the United Kingdom; a duty to implement a 
strategy to achieve those targets; to establish a 
Climate and Nature Assembly and to give duties to 
the Committee on Climate Change and the Joint 
Nature Conservation Committee regarding the strategy and targets."

The CAN bill was tabled in parliament on 16 
October and will debated on 24 January 2025.


PS - Note the 'Land Grab'/getting us of the land 
cross relevance of the above with "The People's 
Plan for Nature" & it's pretense at democratic 
process/support: "Partners RSPB, the National 
Trust and WWF-UK commissioned the process which 
created the People’s Plan for Nature, but it
