Hi folks,

There are moments in my campaigning (over three decades) that I describe as 'classic Bill Moyer' - this is the simplest explanation of his 'movement action plan'

It is designed to encourage campaigners to develop strategy and ways of evaluating on-going success (or set-backs).

It can be used tactically.

The eight stages are not linear.

Tactics from one stage might be blended with tactics from another, giving campaigners a platform for testing strategies of opposition against the powers that they are seeking to immobilise

It is always best to explain using past successes.
