Dear GreenNet Users,

On Thursday 15th February the GreenNet collective and volunteers will be
having our annual strategic planning meeting between 10am and 5pm.  It is
an important event for us where we create action plans that determine some
of the work we will be doing over the coming 12 months.

The phones will be staffed between 10am and 3pm by Linh, one of our
volunteers, who will be taking messages.  Please bear in mind that Linh
will not be able to answer any technical or billing questions.  From 3pm -
6pm we will put our answerphone on for you to leave recorded messages.
Any urgent problems will be dealt with promptly, non-urgent enquiries will
be dealt with the following day.
