Dear GreenNet users,

We are having our annual strategic planning tomorrow and Thursday,
from 09.00 18.00 over both days. We apologise for any inconvenience
caused. The strategic planning is ever more important for us now, both in 
light
of service changes and our recent office move. We hope that it will be a
period for reflection and future planning, enabling us to continue to
support your needs.

To ensure your queries will be answered, there will be volunteers
answering the phones and taking messages. Tomorrow, Wednesday, we will be able
to answer your queries at points throughout the day and will be checking
the support and web administrator mailboxes. On Thursday, we are out of
the office all day and will respond to queries on Friday.
