      Coronavirus Update...

Dear GreenNet Community,

In these difficult and weird times, many people and organisations are
adjusting to situations of remote working and working from home. Even
for organisations who are accustomed to online work, the switch to full
remote working may be a challenge. GreenNet has always embraced flexible
work practices and we have a couple of staff members who work remotely
from outside the UK. Since the pandemic started, we've mostly shut our
office, though we will be physically checking in there and at the data
centre as needed, taking into account guidance on critical
communications infrastructure.

We are offering a range of tools and services for remote working
GreenNet users and groups
https://www.greennet.org.uk/network/news/greennet-working-home-tools

We are an almost paperless organisation but still receive post from time
to time. As we won't be checking this regularly could we ask for all
your communications to be made by email, phone or twitter etc.

Our support line is working as normal, please leave a voicemail if we
don't pick up immediately.

If you normally pay by cheque could you please use an alternative
method. These are shown on your invoice but for information they are as
follows:

GreenNet, Co-operative Bank
Sort Code: 08-90-33, account no: 70730834

Card and direct debit payments can be made at
www.greennet.org.uk/payment <https://www.greennet.org.uk/payment>

GreenNet services are currently operating normally, and we expect to be
fully able to provide, support and maintain all our services under the
present difficult circumstances, but if you do have any invoices due for
payment it would greatly appreciated if you could ensure they are paid
within their due payment period.

If you have any financial difficulty as a result of the coronavirus
crisis please contact us as soon as possible. We'll be supporting and
promoting mutual aid and community solidarity, and will be in contact
again with updates as the situation develops, 'til then we hope everyone
is keeping safe and staying well

With best wishes from all at the GreenNet Collective,

Andrew, Cedric, Ed, Howard, Ian, Liz and Marek
