IER resource on the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act

The Institute of Employment Rights has created an easy-to-read, interactive
online resource on the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act - a collection
of laws passed by the Coalition this Spring that:

. Reduce workers' access to justice

. Discourage potential whistleblowers from taking a stand against
powerful corporations

. Weaken the Equality Act 2010

. Abolish health and safety protection first entered into UK law in
the Victorian era

. Scrap the current minimum wage and pay structures for agricultural
workers

Read, print and distribute the resource here

Although this resource is available for free, the IER asks that our users
consider donating to the charity to cover the costs of producing this
resource, if they find it useful.

Many thanks
