Hi all,

I was listening to 'The World Tonight' when they interviewed a guy from the 
US about the proposal to allow torture of the suspects detained for the World 
Trade Centre attacks. It sounded like an April fool at first, but then I 
managed to track down the Newsweek article it was referring to:
