de hacer algo para mejorar nuestra situación regional.

Dear all,

Funds are for people coming from LDCs, maximum 4 exceptions will be accepted
for people coming from countries in development.

We understand that it is a problem for the Latin American countries but as
our sponsors are imposing this condition we do not have other solution.
