I know that the same thing happened with some organizations from Latin
America.
I am sure that i can collect some cases just to be considered again.
I am copying this e-mail to some of the lists where those organizations
are,organizations that suffered the same, not receiven any information about
their papers, so they are informed that we are worried about this situation,
and also looking for a solution.

seguda de poder recolectar varios casos para que sean considerados nuevamente.
Estoy copiando este mail a varias de las listas donde están esas
organizaciones que sufrieron este mismo problema y deficiencia en las
respuestas, para que estén informados de que estamos preocupados por esta
situación, y buscamos soluciones
