Hola:

Estaba ya en conocimiento de este workshop. Tal como dice YJ en el mail de 
abajo, la ITU no tiene un modelo muy abierto. Mientras critica el modelo 
del ICANN, actúa de una forma muy cerrada. Esto debe ser una adevertencia 
para los que piensan que un modelo intergubernamental puede ser una 
solución mejor que los modelos actuales de Internet Governance.

No estoy en el caucus de Internet Governance, porque tal como lo dice YJ es 
un grupo muy restringido y asumo que más o menos ya están todos de acuerdo. 
Pienso, tal como lo habia dicho antes, que lo importante es discutir el 
tema en ámbitos más abiertos, donde participen más organizaciones y 
personas de las OSC, tal como este.
