Hola Beatriz!

Creo que es muy importante favorecer la aprticipación indigena en este 
proceso, pero como se trata de una sola beca, mi sugerencia, no muy 
elaborada quizas ni siquier sea muy buena pero..., mi sugerencia es que 
preguntemos una vez más quienes de la region son los que realmente van 
a estar en Hamammmet, quienes son los que desean ir y tienen la 
disponibilidad y crear algun criterio para eso. Sobre los criterios de 
cierta manera ya lo hicimos en diciembre para la cumbre seria rescatar 
eso. tambien algunas eprsonas ya han informado a la lista que van a 
estar alla. las facilitadoras de la lista podrian recuperar estas 
informaciones?
