URGENT APPEAL BY KURDS

The foregoing is the text of an appeal to be published in the OBSERVER
newspaper in Britain on Sunday 7th April 1991.  The appeal was written
and produced by us at the Kurdish Cultural Centre with the help of our
friends.

The interviews used in the text were taped here at the Kurdish Cultural
Centre.
