Hi Jennifer, thanks for the reply.  The problem with the KCC has
been the lack of hardware, chronic shortage of money.  However,
this is not insurmountable.  The brochures you mention might well
serve to demonstrate

the value of networking and would be appreciated.  You could send
them to me c/o CDP, 110 Euston Road, London NW1 2DZ.  I am seeing
a couple of people from KCC next week, and will raise the subject
again.
