Events/ activities to mark SGR's 25th anniversary this autumn:


* SGR's 25th anniversary reception

SGR will be holding a drinks reception to mark our anniversary at York
University on Tuesday 5 September.

* Presentations on science and weapons

SGR speakers, Dr Philip Webber and Dr Stuart Parkinson, will be giving
presentations on the threat from nuclear weapons and the militarisation of
science and technology at the Medact/ IPPNW conference, Health Through Peace
