* Science4Society Week 2017 starts today!

SGR's annual S4S Week is taking place this week. It's a collection of science
education activities designed to inspire young people - but without funding
from the arms and fossil fuels industries (like The Big Bang Fair).

And it's your last chance to enter the poster competition - deadline: Friday

* Britain’s nuclear addiction?

With official approval for renewal of the Trident nuclear weapons system and
the Hinkley Point C nuclear power station coming within weeks of each other,
the links between the military and civilian nuclear industries in the UK are
