[Telecentres] Seeking compelling telecentres to profile in EDC/IDRCbook

In view of the Times story about the VIR projects by
MSSRF, before publicizing the story will it not be
better that ground realities be ascertained.
I came across Gyandoot project implementers even in
the last month, they were singing only praise & from
their perspective project was not even the failure.
Whole world today acknowledges that the Gyandoot and
likes of  it are total failures.
Please take precautions to prevent publicity for only
those projects which are good only on paper, with no
regard to ground realities.
