[Telecentres] Information on CONGO Event "Scaling up best practices..." 16 Nov, Tunis

Dear Colleagues,

Please find here the provisional programme of the CONGO-organized event
"Scaling Up Civil Society Best Practices to Bridge the Digital Divide”
taking place on 16 November, from 1300-1700 hours, in Salle St Augustin,
Kram Centre, Tunis, Tunisia.  Note that we request all speakers to try
and be there at 1300 hours to coordinate with me and Renata prior to the
beginning of this event.
