[Telecentres] Invitation Prepcom III

Hi everyone,

Since I won't be able to attend the Prepcom, I'm hoping you'll be able 
to join Shahid at this meeting. It would be a shame if attending 
telecentre caucus members didn't try to get together during the Prepcom, 
so I encourage all of you to attend.
