[Telecentres] urgent: choosing speakers for the Tunis summit

Thanks, 'Gbenga. I'd certainly second your nomination. Gaspar Matyas 
comes to mind as well - Matyas, have you confirmed your plans for Tunis 
yet? Similarly, I would recommend searching for someone representing 
Mission 2007 in India. Even though Professor MS Swaminathan isn't 
formally a member of our caucus, he's certainly a luminary who can speak 
quite eloquently on the role of knowledge centres in development.

I'm also quite happy to speak as well, but I'd prefer to have someone 
from the South representing us in the plenary.
