What should also be included in this discussion is that at the same time
as the announcement of these cuts were made, the Canadian Government
announced a $13 billion surplus for the year! (Canada is the US's
largest supplier of oil.)

TAP and GTA should send these gentlemen a nicely worded letter and after

that send the big boys round. Wonderful, so the Canadian Government has 
no money for the CAP sites but enough cash to support the waste of time 
and space of Telecenters.Org. It has always been nicer to play in the 
others children sandbox then to keep your own in order!.
