knowledge management & managing and research on:  e-library,
e-Governance,e-learning.....;  Bibliographic Database & Documentation
Management.  May I request to hear, how you are upgrading the new Winisis
System for developing the information, documentation, library  or Knowledge
Centre. As, according to the Nepal Govt't   ICT Policy: 1-Village,1-Family,
1-Mobile, 1-Computer,  1-Job... ; perhaps within this 'Five Yr.
Plan'?.......", Please have your response, please ! So that every
organisations, schools & campus libraries, scholars & researchers and IT
specialists are demanding UNESCO's WinIsis Computerisation Database
