Further to the email below I have now had an extraordinary phone
conversation with Vivienne Ramsey, Head of Planning Decisions, telling
me that the documents have not yet been delivered to the ODA decisions
team and therefore not available. They are expected later today! This
will apparently take several days. The notice put out by the ODA says
the documents 'are' available. Ms Ramsey said the ODA has been got ahead
of itself! She also suggested (presumably because I write or email them)
I should know the procedure whereby applicants put in their applications
and this takes time for the authority to make them available. In fact I
have no idea how these procedures work, especially when dealing with an
organisation like the ODA which has different heads, one of which puts
out statements of what is available which are not true.
