grapes of wrath

'Grapes of Wrath'  is gut wrenching stuff. I recently bought another copy. 
The villains causing the evictions of the Oakies in 1936 were the anonymous bankers who foreclosed when the dust storms started. and enclosed small holdings to make big farms. 
Seventy years on repossessions in Uk  increase to currently 35,000 p.a.  One repo with eviction is one too many.  Repos should not inlcude evictions. This should be the first clause of every single  mortgage agreement involving  a sole dwelling.
