Just in case anybody out there is enslaved to Micro$oft windows or Apple 
Macs
and doesnt know that Ubuntu is a free safe alternative,
without viruses (but you can still get conned by phishers)

First stage download the CD, boot it,
install as dual boot with windows,
boot into ubuntu, test it out,
and a few months you can wipe your windows partition.
