Revealing CAP payments to landowners

Following my repeated and persistent correspondence with Fran Barnes, senior producer of BBC Radio Four's Farming Today BBC policy on asking farmers what CAP cheques they receive, appears to show signs of change .

To-day,  presenter Anna Hill pursued the question from the farmer interviewed about the size of his CAP payments cheque, asking the landowner ,"Was  your CAP cheque in hundreds or in thousands?"  You can guess the answer.
