[Squats-en] Criminalisation Update

So the report on the consultation on criminalising squatting came out
today (October 26). Despite overwhelming support for NOT criminalising,
the Government stated it would carry on with its plan (aaah democracy
smells so good) and Ken Clarke, "Justice" Minister, has announced an
amendment to a bill currently going through Parliament, so it is being
fast-tracked.

"The new offence will be committed where a person is in a residential
building as a trespasser having entered it as a trespasser, knows or ought
to know that he or she is a trespasser and is living in the building or
intends to live there for any period" (page 36)
