A group of activists are now in possetion of a piece of unregistered land in the Forest of Dean.

This site is 150 acre, with commercial and residential buildings on site, regenerated forest about 20 years old, fields of barley (for now), pasture and scrubland.

The group are now forming a community land trust, and workers coop.

We would like input from anyone with experience with adverse possetion, planning+councils, legal structures of trusts, and legal issues of possetion cases.

The potential for this site (we have "permission" to stay) is immense and we propose to create an agro-ecology research centre, a nursery farm for new entrants to farming, a housing coop and a CSA.
