maintained who have expressed an interest in working with Bristol CLT.
Please do forward this email and the attached letter to any architect or
practice in the South West area who you think may be interested in
submitting an expression of interest.

I am emailing you because you may be interested to hear that Bristol
Community Land Trust is looking for architects based in the South West
to join a pre-selected panel to work with it to bring forward schemes on
sites Bristol CLT are interested in developing. The panel, made up of
three architects or practices, will reflect a range of skills and
experience to enable Bristol CLT to consider a range of different types
of development from refurbishment to new build.

Prospective applicants are asked to submit an Expression of Interest to
Bristol CLT by Friday 27th July and if shortlisted will be required to
deliver a half hour presentation to the sub-group. Further information
on what to include in an Expression of Interest can be found in the
attached letter or on the Bristol CLT website:
