CAP spin on Radio

Hello Fran,
and everyone on the lists 

That (misleading) radio interview on cost of CAP which you heard,  interests me.
Can you or anyone who heard it recall on which programme?  Was it BBC?
or any clues on which channel  you were most likely listening to? at what time?
I strongly suspect that it is spin from  NFU.
I am trying to trace NFU spin output on CAP in UK and in Brussels.Strasbourg and Luxembourg....
Daily Telegraph obviously had received the same briefing on Monday and made it the front page headlines
on Tuesday.

"See how your tax is spent in annual statment"  and an extended item inside.

It was also trailed on BBC Radio Four Monday in   'What the Papers say'
