Land that is earning would cover the land value tax and prevent house
builders allowing land to sit idly on their books
Okay then, that wasn't today's Guardian headline ;-)
But isn't it what LVT really means?????
My own view is that we can and should live without money and that
under private control, money is useful only to those who would
horribly cheat us or otherwise deprive us of our land.
Normally off limits on this list due to massive ultimately
unproductive spats in the past I'm opening the gates for discussion
on LVT again for a week or so.
If you have thoughts on this national debate now is the time to say something.
