[Diggers350] Badger cull petition

I have a friend who was going to be employed catching Badgers and 
injecting them to be TB resistant.   Last time I spoke with him that job 
was on hold.

There would be sense in shooting all the infected Badgers, but a cull to 
reduce the population would not do that.

The petition is missing some words.
