•2pm - TLIO Gathering discussion with emphasis on possible actions - whys 
and wherefores
• CAP and rich farmers - James Armstrong
• Planning - what effects are the changes to UK planning having? What are 
future prospects.
• Open Street Maps - Brief introduction to using the wikipedia of the 
mapping world - possibilities for using this tool to aid access to land
• Dinner
• Music
• Sunday 1st Sep 2013
• Topics to be decided on Saturday
•1pm - formal TLIO open meeting - adopting constitution? - 
selecting/ratifying Secretary, Treasurer, and Steering Group - taking things 
forward
