Two IER events:

.       Access to Justice

Workers' access to justice in employment disputes is constantly under
attack. The Coalition Government's employment law reforms will fundamentally
change the policy and legal framework for seeking justice. 

 

This conference will examine the difficulties  and tell a compelling story
about the shortcomings of the present system. 

 

The conference will provide an opportunity for trade union members,
academics and lawyers to look at the changes to the employment

tribunal system and the implications of the diminishing opportunities for
workers

to resolve employment disputes through recourse to the law.

International Women's Day.

Be Seen, Be Heard.

 

 

In a climate of austerity and cuts, women must be seen and heard. We are not
invisible.

 

Join us on 7 March at the Albert Docks in Liverpool to make a united stand
for women and inspire change.

 

We will then march to The Women's Organisation on 54 St James Street where
we will hear inspiring women

speakers and have the opportunity to add contributions to a pamphlet / book
about those women who inspire you.
