[IER] #KILL THE BILL - POLITICAL CAMPAIGN GROUP JOINS THE RESISTANCE

The Keep our NHS Public campaign is the latest to join our #killthebill
rally next Wednesday!

Amongst the many shameless attacks included in the Trade Union Bill, one in
particular is designed to undermine our ability to campaign on political
issues. 

Attacks on trade union political funds will undermine labour party funding
but will also make it extremely difficult for unions to fund political
campaigns supported by their members. 

One such campaign aims to keep the NHS out of the hands of privateers and
our latest speaker - Dr Jacky Davis  - will explain how and why the campaign
opposes the political attack contained in the Bill.

The FREE meeting will take place on Wednesday 29th July at 6.00pm at Mander
Hall, NUT, Mabledon Place, London, WC1H 9BD. 

The meeting has been organised by the  <http://www.ier.org.uk/> Institute of
Employment Rights (IER), the  <http://www.tradeunionfreedom.co.uk/> Campaign
for Trade Union Freedom (CTUF), the Centre for Labour and Social Studies
(CLASS) and The People's Assembly Against Austerity.
